The project consists of the main house 135m2 with:
2 bedrooms (each one with private bathroom), big living room with kitchen and one covered veranda fully  protected from the wind.

The bigger bedroom has a private patio connected to the nature. It is also the same in the living room (there is a patio connected to the nature).

The main house has a big pool as well

Every bedroom has sea view! This means that any visitor can enjoy the view without interruption.

The area is very quite with no neighbors. Another positive thing is that in most of the plots next to this project, the owners can't have building permit.

Because all Messara Bay has many windy days during the year, we have designed this project very clever and we made many patios and protected verandas so that the guests can enjoy the outdoor spaces without a problem.

Kalamaki is a popular village by the sea in the prefecture of Heraklion, in south Crete and is located 67 kilometers south  of Heraklion very close to Kamilari, Matala and Faestos. Has been built along the long beach of Mesara bay, the longest beach of south Crete.  Is growing fast  and already has occupied the hills around it.

The central position of Kalamaki in south Crete, gives it the huge advantage to offer easy and fast access to many points of tourist and archeological interest, like Matala, Komos, Faestos, Agia Galini and more others.
