In the village of Vassilika Anogeia, Municipality of Gortyna, in Heraklion,a plot of land with an area of 169.66 square meters, there is a newly built two-storey building, which consists of a stone-built ground floor (reconstruction of a pre-existing one) with a total area of 116.30 sq. meters and first floor (addition) of a total area of 82.90 sq. meters. The entire building has been divided into three independent apartments, each of which consists of a single space (living room with kitchen) and WC on the ground floor and a bedroom on the first floor. All apartments have full electrical and plumbing. In one apartment there is also rudimentary furniture. All three apartments have a common yard and street entrance.
